As well as our monthly demonstrations one of our members runs practical classes from time to time.

Our members participate in the Floral Art Classes of the local Flower Show.

In June 2011 the Club staged a Flower Festival in Penicuik North Kirk with themes suggested by some favourite hymns of the retiring minister.
